Webmonster is owned and led by search engine marketing veteran Ryan Orrell. Ryan founded Webmonster 22 years ago and helps corporate clients gain greater value and maximize profitability as an internet marketing visionary and advertising professional. Some of his current and past clients include both large and mid-sized companies in various industries including theme park web development and search engine marketing, financial services, entertainer / celebrity branding through web design, hotel / resort booking conversions and much more.

Chief Director of Development
Dan Meteus has been at Ryan’s side for 20 years now and is instrumental to the overall success of the day to day operations at Webmonster. Dan focuses on client retention communicating directly with clients and directing the update of client websites, design and development.
Dan enjoys mountain bike riding and spending time with family and friends in his spare time.
Chief Web Developer
Richard “Chard” Ibabao has been instrumental in Webmonster success for over 10 years. Chard heads the Website Design and Development Division at Webmonster and is key in the day to day web building operations. Chard is a specialist at designing and developing some of the most complex projects and designs that come to Webmonster, working side by side with our CEO to ensure client satisfaction with each and every project we develop.
In his spare time Chard is a devout family man, husband and father to his wife and two children.
National Director of Sales
Brian Hong is the National Director of Sales and reports directly to our CEO. Brian is responsible for coordination and direction of all sales associates nationwide under the Webmonster umbrella. Additionally, he supports all sales staff and provides counsel to help and assist sales teams in reaching quarterly goals through results driven training and dedication.
Brian enjoys spending his time with his wife and his son Bryeson.

My name is Sharpe Dunaway. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri and since 1988 I’ve called Conway, Arkansas home. I’ve been a videographer since 2005. So in 2014, when the radio thing ended, the natural transition was for me to take on video full time. Not only was it something I already had a head start on, but it allows me to continue to let my creativity out.
Sharpe is the Chief of Webmonster Studios responsible for all production, editing and production copywriting.
